- Yoko has been a gardener at Longwood Gardens since 1993, and grows many different crops for the displays. She has also traveled to Japan to study some of the special growing styles on display at Longwood. Katie came to Longwood in 2011 as a greenhouse production intern. She currently works at the nursery as part of the specialty chrysanthemum team. Originally from Indiana, she graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Horticulture Production and Marketing. The things she enjoys most about working at Longwood include: her coworkers, sunrises at the nursery, growing flowers, seeing the Gardens throughout the year, and deliveries with Kevin.
